Q : What is included in a bedding set?

A: Bedding sets are available in 4 options, ranging from compact to comprehensive, as follows:
Set A: Fitted sheet + pillowcases
Set B: Fitted sheet + pillowcases + duvet cover
Set C: Fitted sheet + pillowcases + duvet cover + duvet insert
Set D: Fitted sheet + pillowcases + duvet cover + duvet insert + synthetic down pillow

In all sets, the 3.5ft bedsheets come with 1 pillowcase.
For 5ft and 6ft bedsheets, they include 2 pillowcases.

Bolster case is not included, but available for topping up.

A : Yes, genuine 800 thread count from 100% cotton fiber, twice as delicate as normal sheets, promising healthier sleep with greater comfy touch.

A : With genuine 800 thread count from 100% cotton fiber, which is twice as delicate as normal sheets, Haus64 fabric is double in smoothness, with the ability to soften itself after every wash, and create a breezy touch that fits for all-season.

A : Since our fabric is twice as delicate as normal sheets, pet hair will be really hard to stick in. All hairs and impurities can be removed easily with basic sweeping or vacuuming.

A : It’s not chemically anti dust mite or allergy, but the sheet is machine washable with hot water up to 90 degree celsius, which is a far more effective way to prevent dust mite and allergy, since dust mite is naturally eliminated at the heat of 60 degree.

A : The fabric is heat-resistant for up to 90 degree celsius. However, we would recommend leaving about 10% moisture on the sheet while making the bed for a neat, hotel-like finish.

A :With an exceptional 800 thread count and long staple cotton feature, normal washes and usage cannot cause pilling. However, any extreme friction is not recommended.

A : In case the product is defective or comes in the wrong order, we are more than willing to change or provide a full refund. However, if a customer would like a refund without any defect, the product must not be used or washed.

Q : What is the filling material of your duvet insert?

A : The filling is microgel fiber, with 400 thread count 100% cotton shell.

A : There are 2 weights available : 200g and 150g

A : The thickness slightly differs. If you prefer a lighter, breathable feel, 150g is recommended. If you love it warm and cuddly, 200g is likely the choice.

A: The duvet insert and duvet cover for 3.5ft beds are size 70×90 inches.
For 5ft and 6ft beds, they are size 100×90 inches.

A : The insert has snap fasteners in 4 corners that hold up well with the cover. The insert itself is also quilted to prevent the filling from getting balled up.

A : Yes, but hot drying is not recommended as it could cause damage to the filling material.

A : Available in two sizes:
Standard size: 19×29 inches
Jumbo size: 25×36 inches

A : To clean the pillow, we recommend drying in direct sunlight and beating the pillow a few times to remove dust.

Q : How many sizes are available for your towel?

A : Available in two sizes:
Towel: 30×60 inches
Hair towel: 15×30 inches

A : 6 colors: sky blue, white, pink, brown, dark blue, and gray.

A : 100% cotton, with 5-star hotel quality, extraordinary, and great absorbency. Plushy texture provides a hug-like feel when wearing.

A : Since our towels are fabricated from low-twisted combed yarn, excess fiber could be visible in the first 3-5 washes (more likely when using a top loader washing machine). This is completely normal, and all excess will be gone after a few washes.

Haus64 gladly accepts exchanges or returns for items that are unused or not washed, in case of wrong delivery, incorrect ordering, or defect.
Please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

The items eligible for exchange or return must meet the following conditions:
1. The reason for exchange or return includes:
– Incorrect product received or not matching the order
– Customer ordered the wrong size or color
– The product has a defect

2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact, including any free gifts included in the order (if applicable).

3. For products purchased as a set, the entire set must be exchanged or returned; partial returns or exchanges of only some items are not allowed.

4. In case of order errors such as wrong size, we will send a new product once we receive the returned item and the customer has paid the remaining balance.

After receiving the product, please kindly check the accuracy of the items before washing and using them. If there are any issues, you can contact our admin within 7 days for an exchange or return. Once the product has been used or washed, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Note: The colors of the products displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual items due to display settings and the different screen calibrations of each device.

How to care for your products to ensure durability and maintain softness over time.
– Wash separately from other fabrics to preserve the quality of the material.
– Wash light-colored and dark-colored fabrics separately to prevent color transfer from other garments.
– Can be machine washed and dried at temperatures between 60-90 degrees Celsius.
– It can be ironed at normal cotton heat settings without any issues.
– Avoid scrubbing the fabric with a brush or rubbing it vigorously with sharp or coarse objects.
– Do not pour detergent directly onto the fabric, as it may damage the color of the material.

Important! The substances prohibited from using on Haus64 fabrics
because it may damage the fabric, including:
– Solutions containing sodium hypochlorite.
– Bleach
– Strong disinfectants
